Shipping Policy

Order Shipment Times

Orders will be processed within 1-1 business days and will be shipped as soon as possible. Please note that during peak periods (holidays or promotional events), processing may be delayed.

All orders will be arranged through FedEx/USPS/UPS, and usually, it takes 3-7 business days for delivery. Please note that delivery may be delayed during peak periods (holidays or promotional events). If your order is delayed, please contact our customer service team at support@reciptor.com.

We only ship on regular business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

Reciptor uses FedEx/USPS/UPS for order delivery.

Shipping Fee

Each order will incur a shipping fee of $3.50.

Shipping Address

At the moment, we do not support shipping services to countries outside of the United States.

Inspecting Your Order Upon Arrival

Once your order arrives, please thoroughly inspect the items before signing for the package.

We recommend verifying the following before signing the bill of lading:

  • Ensure you have received the correct item.
  • Check for any damage to the packaging.

If the packaging shows damage beyond normal wear and tear during transit, this could indicate the item was damaged during shipping.

If your order is correct and in good condition, please sign for the package. However, if you receive the wrong item or notice any damage to the packaging, please refuse the package and email our customer service team at support@reciptor.com. We will provide further instructions on how to correct your order.

Undelivered Packages

Our carriers will attempt to deliver a package three times. After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to Reciptor.

The package will be marked as “Return to Sender.” If this occurs, please contact our customer service team to arrange reshipment.

Canceled Orders

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Please contact our customer service team at support@reciptor.com to ensure proper and timely communication.

When requesting to cancel an order, please include the following information: Order number and contact details.

Order Status & Tracking

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed within 1-1 business days upon payment confirmation and will be shipped from our U.S. warehouse. This may vary depending on factors such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packaging, and dispatching of orders. A confirmation email will be sent once the order is received.

In general, delivery may take 3-7 business days. Please note that some orders may be reviewed by our fraud prevention department. If your order is selected, you will be notified, and the order may be delayed by an additional 1 business day. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and deliverable.

Tracking Your Order

Your tracking code will be provided in the order dispatch confirmation email.

If the package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to assist by contacting the courier on your behalf.
